All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of Yippy pouches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Issues
We stand behind the quality of every Yippy product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
Please contact our support team at support@yippypouches.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or credit immediately.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to your desk (or course) as fast as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
